Don Adolfo and his Orquesta Organizacion.
What began as a small conjunto rehearsals of 1 trumpet, tenor
sax, trombone, bass, piano, conga, bongoes and timbalero who
does the  lead vocals, with the intent to do a few gigs has become
one of the best big band in the latin scene.    Don Adolfo has
created a big band consisting of three trumpets, three sax,1
trombone and full rhythm section (piano, bass, conga drums,
bongoes and timbales).     With the help of Mr. Guido Gonzales
( the trumpet player of the original conjunto) and after revuewing
original compositions and arrangements by Don Adolfo for a big
band, he requested  helping with recruiting the brass and
saxophone  section for the band.    With Don Adolfo's concent,
Mr Guido brought trumpet players Jami Dauber and Tanya Darby.
Mr Noah Bless, trombone also join the band.   They became the
three trumpets and one trombone that are still members of the
band and performers of our 1st CD title "RITMO CALIENTE".   The
members of our saxophone section Pablo Gil alto sax, Grazia
DiGiorgio tenor sax.  They were the original members of the band
and they also were performers on our 1 st CD.   Pablo and Grazia
are no longer with the band but we have replace them with Laura
Dryer alto sax, Craig Rivers alto & tenor sax, Michael Weisberger
tenor sax.   Lisa Parrott baritone sax also an original member and
performer in our 1 st CD.   The Rhythm section is Frederic Las
Fargas piano, Jennifer Vicent bass, Roberto Velez conga drums,
Osvaldo Lora bongoes and bell,   Don Adolfo on timbales and lead
vocalist. On background vocals (coro) Idania Villegas and Emilio
Ortega.   Our original bongo player was Victor Garcia he is not
with the band but we give him credit for recording in our 1 st CD.
Don Adolfo's Orquesta Organizacion recorded their first CD title
"RITMO CALIENTE" under the Coquitone Music Label, (CM-1001).
From this CD the title song "Bon Bon De Canela" has become  #2
on the hit parade Radio Mambo in Italy as well as  #7 on the Hit
Parade listing of the Latin Beat Magazine  Aug, Sept and Oct 2002.
The title song "La Verdad"  became  #5 in Aug and Sept 2001 in
the Latin Beat Magazine.
Don Adolfo is the composer and arranger of all  compositions on
our 1 st CD.  The band has been compare to the latin big bands of
the great Tito Puente, Tito Rodriguez, Machito Afro Cuban Big
Band and El Gran Combo from Puerto Rico.    When you see this
band performing live you will not sitdown, they will put you to
dance or they will make you move on your seat.  Come watch Don
Adolfo play timbales, singing lead vocals and conducting the band
simultaneouslly, a task that very few can do.  Come watch this
band perform and you to will be impress.
